There is a ton of information in this book and it will be extremely helpful to senior citizens and us luddites who struggle with new technology. It already helped me with a simple procedure - opening up the control center on an iPhone. I struggled with this simple maneuver, searched for an answer online with limited success. Within minutes I found the easy solution in Take This Phone and Shove It. Readers can go through all the information systematically or look up the solution to a specific problem. Either way this book saved me from "shoving" my smartphone.

Anne Goldberg…what a treasure! I hired Anne to teach my residents about computers and cell phones at Barrington Terrace Assisted Living in Boynton Beach, Florida. She patiently, thoroughly and methodically presented classes on smart phone use. She taught everything from how to tap on apps to how to order something from Amazon to how to do a search for old friends. Anne connected with quite a few of the residents, despite that 80-100 year olds are not big on technology. I am looking forward to reading her upcoming book, Take This Phone and Shove It. I am sure Anne can teach this savvy senior a thing or two about smartphones.
